To cancel an order, email us at support@monmouthreloading.com.  Include your name, order number.  Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

We offer a 30 day return policy; all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.  Initial and return shipping fees are not refundable.  Blemished / Damaged items, or items missing the original packaging are not subject to refunds.

Monmouth is 50% veteran owned; we truly appreciate your sacrifice and service to our great nation.  We work very hard to keep transparent pricing free from any hidden discounts and enjoy offering the very best price to all of our customers.  If you are not signed up to our email list, we recommend signing up as we do give our email list priority on upcoming pricing specials and promotions.

Tax is charged for our Texas and New Jersey based customers.  Texas residents will be glad to know, beginning 2018, our Texas location will be relocating out of state; tax free purchases!

If you notice there is a missing item on your shipping confirmation, your order is being shipped in multiple shipments.  Once the other item ships, you will receive an additional notification.

Barrels are no longer shipped for free.  Free shipping on barrels was a 12 month promotion which ended in November 2016.  We apply very reasonable shipping rates on barrels and should you find it cheaper and in stock at another retailer, we’ll beat their price shipped to your door

Orders typically ship within 1-4 days of placing your order, and in most cases, we go into overdrive to get them out the next day.  When your order is being prepared for shipping, you will receive a ‘Shipping Notification’ email.   This email serves as your receipt, and contains your tracking number.  If you did not receive order confirmation or a shipping notification please first check your email spam folder before contacting us.

You may receive a shipping notification several days prior to your order actually departing our facility.  If it’s not been at least 4 days, please continue to be patient and allow us to fulfill your order.

Some orders ship in multiple boxes.  If you received a box and it appears your missing some items, chances are your order shipped in multiple boxes.  Check your email for a second tracking number, including your spam folder.  If you haven’t received your second box within three days, please contact us for an update.

Why three days?  Orders ship within 4 days of placing an order.  If we get your first box out the next day, and the second box out 3 days later, your entire order shipped “on time”, however will arrive 2-3 days later.  You may email us, but please understand we only have access to the same tracking information provided to you.

Simply place the items in your shopping cart.  At the checkout screen select the “Money Order” option.  Your total will be sent to you via email receipt / confirmation.  Submit payment to the below address.  It would be helpful if you contacted us via email, letting us know when to expect your payment as we do not check our P.O. Box on a daily basis.

Email is the preferred method and will get you the quickest response.  Email support@monmouthreloading.com.  All inquiries are responded to within 24-48 hours, and in most cases within a couple of hours.

We do not regularly accept phone calls.  If you must place an order over the phone, please call and leave a message, with your name, number, and what we can help you with and we’ll do our best to return your call.  We have no staff, secretary, lieutenant, or minions to assist us.  If we do not answer your call, it’s because we’re either running a press, packaging orders or we’ve just simply collapsed from working so hard.

It depends.  On a case by case basis we may accept large caliber rifle brass, large caliber pistol brass, magnum brass (rifle / pistol), and others.  We take seriously, the source and quality of the brass we sell.  If this is something you’re interested in, please contact us with the headstamp, quantity, condition, and origin.  To save us all time, brass must be once fired, with factory primer intact.
