Please visit your local servicing U.S. Post Office with a copy of your tracking number. In our experience, some USPS carriers refuse to deliver heavy packages. In this instance, the package may show as being delivered, but in actuality, may be at your local U.S. Post Office, or they may attempt delivery within several days.
Otherwise, please thoroughly inspect around your residence, mailbox, and with your neighbors. Once delivery has been confirmed by USPS, no claims for lost packages will be honored.
